Everything it does today

Not a roadmap. These are the things that work the moment you sign in.

Every work, one place Title, year, medium, dimensions, price and photographs. One record per piece, for as long as you make work.
Photographs that behave Drag a folder in. They are resized, stored and attached to the right piece. No file management.
Editions, properly An edition of ten is ten objects, not one row. Each copy carries its own location, price and history.
Where every piece is Studio, gallery, museum, collector, in transit. Never typed in twice: a work moves by being sent and by arriving, so the map and the history cannot disagree.
Send work without losing sight of it Pick the pieces, pick the gallery, add the carrier and tracking. They are emailed photographs of what is coming, and your record moves with the crate.
The gallery confirms it, not you They press one button in that email — no account, nothing to join — and the work lands at their address in your records. You are told it arrived.
Commissions, start to finish What you have promised, what it is worth, what has been paid and how far along it is. The client hears from you without ever getting your email address.
Invoices you can send What you are owed, as a document with your name on it. The balance on a commission is one press — the figures are already here. The money comes to you directly, as it always has.
Bring your list with you Already keep a spreadsheet? Paste it straight in, or upload a CSV. Nothing is retyped.
Your price, worked out Enter what a work sells for and your own share fills itself in at whatever split you actually work on.
Private by design Your inventory is yours. Nobody else sees a single record of it, and that is enforced, not promised.
Make it look like yours Light or dark. Your own photograph behind your name, never anyone else's.

An artwork has a life.

Every move becomes another chapter — and the gallery writes half of them, confirming arrival from their own email so you are not chasing anyone. Years later the whole history is still there, in order, with the photographs.

Each work’s own page: the whole story of one piece on one screen — made, consigned, shipped, arrived, sold — with the photographs and the dates. Being built now, and not on the list above, because it is not finished.
